What makes a good Crowdfunding investment? With such a wide array of crowdfunding investment opportunities available it is important to ask the right questions and determine for yourself which is best for you. Here are some things to think about. Is the raise tied to the creation or manufacturing of a specific product or is the company raising money for just an idea? Is the valuation in line with what others in the same sector are showing? Is the unit price reasonable? - There are some platform analysts that say the unit price should not be in excess of $5. Look at the management team - Are they qualified and experienced. Most importantly is the company operating in a space you feel has growth potential.
What is equity crowdfunding? Equity crowdfunding is a security- based form of crowdfunding. Securities are issued to the general public in exchange for an investment in the company. New EV Leader, E-Cite Motors, Emerges. Attracting Automotive & EV Investment Enthusiasts with a new Reg CF offering
Producing state of the art iconic EV vehicles that are affordable, stylish, fun to drive, scalable, and commercially viable
With nearly every automobile manufacturer scrambling to adapt to EV regulations and mandates while integrating or phasing out of their existing Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicle infrastructure, one newcomer, E-Cite Motors Group, has emerged as the clear leader in its category. E-Cite’s mission is to produce state of the art iconic vehicles as a Low Volume Vehicle Manufacturer that are affordable, stylish, fun to drive, scalable, and commercially viable. By that standard, E-Cite is far ahead of any competition. They are the first and only company to receive all the required regulatory permissions to proceed with manufacturing under a special government exemption that dramatically decreases the cost and time required to manufacture and sell vehicles for use on public roadways. This exemption is not available to traditional EV manufacturers such as Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, Ford, or GM. In fact, E-Cite has received approvals under the exemption for three diverse vehicles. These include an affordable two seat sportscar the “EV-GT”, an AWD Truck/SUV, and the EV-222, a gorgeous hyper car. While traditional manufactures are generally taking three to five years to develop a new vehicle and have it approved for production, E-Cite has accomplished this with three vehicles in less than a year since unveiling the initial details of its first vehicle on July 12, 2022. Vehicles are expected to begin showing up at E-Cite dealerships by the end of the year. Compare that to Tesla’s Cybertruck which was announced nearly four years ago with no delivery date yet, and the long development delays from Rivian, Ford, GM and others. E-Cite just announced that beginning June 22nd, 2023, that it has been approved to proceed with it’s Reg CF offering as filed with the S.E.C. which will allow the general public to invest directly into Ecite Motors, L.L.C. for the purpose of financing the manufacturing of its production vehicles The offer is for Common Membership Units in Ecite Motors, L.L.C. and are priced at $2.50 per unit. Any member of the public can now invest as little as $100 through the direct link to the offering at www.investinecite.com For more information and a detailed description of the Bonus Units, and Perks, visit www.ecitemotors.com/what-if

Funding Portals vs. Broker-Dealers Investors in equity crowdfunding ( Reg CF and Reg A+) have over 80 different websites as of 2023 that they can use to invest in startups (and 24 now defunct platforms). These websites – called crowdfunding intermediaries – are the regulated entities that allow the sale of early-stage financial securities to both accredited and non- accredited investors. There are however big differences in investing on a platform versus investing in a company that has established a broker dealer relationship. A funding portal is a new type of crowdfunding intermediary created by Title III of the JOBS Act. Funding portals are a type of website where investors can go to browse online for investment opportunities in startups. Broker-dealers, on the other hand, are not new; they have been around for decades and are the second type of intermediary permitted to offer Regulation Crowdfunding securities to investors In contrast to a funding portal, a registered broker-dealer is subject to stricter standards and additional due diligence standards, and deal curation requirements.
